Public Library Access Cards (PLAC)

A PLAC card is a statewide reciprocal card.  It can be purchased at an annual price set by the Indiana State Library.  They are available to patrons who wish to use libraries participating in the PLAC program throughout the state.  Cards are valid for one year.  PLAC fee for 2014 is $50.00 per card.
